4. Software Fee: Rs. 50,000 per login (Additional Rs. 1 Lakh for each subsequent login)

Company Responsibilities

• Rent Payment: The company will rent and pay for the store.

• Staff Salaries: The company will pay the salaries of the staff working in the smart market.
• Operational Expenses: The company will bear all operational and petty expenses.
• Marketing: The company will handle the marketing, promotion, and advertisement of the franchise to boost sales.
• Product Display: The company will ensure a wide range of saleable products are displayed in the store.
• Store Interior: The company will manage the interior setup of the smart market store.

Income to Franchise

• Commission: 10% commission on total monthly sales generated in the store.
• Assured Income: 12% guaranteed annual income on the total investment cost of the franchise.
